Lambeth Council has published the Norwood Co-operative Local Investment Plan (CLIP), which covers Gipsy Hill, Knight’s Hill and Thurlow Park wards. You can read the full report here.
The CLIP summarises local people’s responses to an online survey and street interviews conducted last year, as well as previous local engagement, such as the ‘West Norwood and Tulse Hill Manual for Delivery’ Commonplace survey, and the StreetWorks co-design workshops.
The Plan will inform how to invest income from new developments, as and when it becomes available, and help leverage additional funding for delivering local projects.
Subject to project approvals and funding availability, priorities will be delivered over five years, from January 2018 to December 2022.
