Lambeth Together are looking for people living in Lambeth, who have experience of using its health and care services, to help the Lambeth Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing Alliance.

As part of Lambeth Together, the Alliance works on improving the health and wellbeing of local people, and plans to do this by bringing together services and activities by local area, or ‘neighbourhood’ and in the community. This will help services to work in a more joined up way.

Lambeth Together believes that:

• organising health and care around neighbourhoods helps staff and local people to understand the health and wellbeing needs of their community, keep people well and make sure everyone gets equal access to the services they need.
• the voice of people living in Lambeth is vital to achieving their ambition.

Your role as community member would mean you can have a say in all parts of our governance structure, such as working groups, advisory and decision-making groups.
