Harassment on Lambeth's streets

No one should have to experience harassment on our streets. Lambeth Council has launched an important new campaign:

"which calls on men and boys to 'Look Out For Lambeth' by calling out the harassment of women and girls.

We're also asking anyone who has experienced or seen harassment in public to report it to us.

We want to hear more about people's experiences so that we can target our resources, including new CCTV, public protection patrol routes, and increased lighting.

We want to hear the experiences of all women in the borough, especially those from our Black, Asian, multi-ethnic and LGBTQ+ communities, who may be subject to racial, homophobic, or transphobic discrimination.

Our goal is to make Lambeth one of the safest boroughs for women and girls, by sharing your experiences and feedback we can work together to make this a reality.

Thank you, Safer Communities Team"
