Further to our previous story, the central London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) starts on 8 April 2019.  

The ULEZ is central to the Mayor’s plans to clean up London’s toxic air. It will replace the current T-Charge, operating in the Congestion Charge Zone. Most vehicles driving in this zone must meet new tighter emission standards or pay a daily charge to travel. ULEZ will operate 24/7 every day of the year.
