Age UK has set up a directory to look for information, help, care and support in Lambeth. Everything from practical services, like advice on benefits and finding help at home to community services like social activites and help with health and wellbeing.

The Directory also has a simple Eligibility Checker for Adult Social Care. This helps you work out if you may be entitled to help from Adult Social Care and if not, where you can go to for support.
