The Kids Network, a local London based organisation, is on the look out for some fun, passionate and committed individuals who would be interested in making a meaningful impact to the lives of little Londoners in Lambeth.

They will be matching a new cohort of 40 mentors and mentees in Lambeth in September and are desperately in need of more volunteers. 

The  Kids Network supports children, aged 8-11, at a crucial time in their lives, in the lead up to and often during the transition from primary into secondary school. They do this by providing them with a volunteer mentor from the local community who they will meet on a weekly basis for 1-3 hours. Their mentor helps build confidence, resilience, and curiosity for ambitious futures through a series of positive experiences and activities. Mentors are then also able to connect with one another through peer to peer support both online and in regular mentor meetups.
