Are you a senior resident and feeling uncertain about all this new technology stuff and feel silly asking the same old questions?
Do you have a family member or neighbour who might need some help buying or using a mobile phone to keep in touch with friends and family?
Tea and Tech was designed to combat this - a sit down, a chat, back to basics and no silly questions. This is a social event with a difference.
This month there is a special focus on accessing health service online, what does it mean and how can it help. Also, Anna D'Agostino from the Croydon BME Forum will give a talk on this subject.
If you have any questions about how to use your mobile, online security or wish to try a tablet for the first time there will be others available to help.
Or simply come on down, make some new friends and see what other things ClearCommunityWeb are doing to help the community improve its digital skills.
When: Friday 6 September 2019 (12noon-2:00pm)
Where: Upper Norwood Library Hub, Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, London, SE19 1TJ
You can register beforehand here on Eventbrite.
Tea and Tech is also a celebration to launch the new ‘Digital Lounge’ service designed with our community in mind. Come along and find out more! For more information please contact Caspar on 07523 646 277or caspar@clearcommunityweb.co.uk
