Mambista - The Latin, African & Jazz Dance Party with Grupo Lokito and DJ Gerry Lyseight  (ex-GLR/BBC London, Mambo Inn, Mango Landin’).

Grupo Lokito help kick off the first Mambista of ’23 at The Portico with their hot take on contemporary Congolese and Cuban musics, creating a modern day cocktail of two of the great music genres. The band always deliver a memorable, limb-loosening show and will also be celebrating the release of their fine new album ‘Bomoko’. They won the UK Lukas Awrds Tropical Act of the year 2017. Based in London, the band have taken the UK by storm, wowing festivals and the club circuit alike with their blistering grooves and outlandish dance moves
