Illuminate is the name for the programme of celebratory events running Friday 30 May to Sunday 8 Jne 2025 as the precious and magnificent West Norwood Cemetery is lit up to mark the end of the six

West Norwood FEAST is a vibrant community market held on the first Sunday of each month, run entirely by volunteers. The team is looking for more local support - especially qualified First Aiders and anyone with secure storage space to offer.

Norwood Forum met with Helen Hayes MP last week to follow up on transport and road safety concerns raised with Transport for London (TfL), particularly during a walkabout in late 2024. The discussion covered key issues including the Tulse Hill Gyratory, public transport, junction safety and infrastructure improvements.

Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
