Snooker Hall to close?

A planning application has been submitted for the change of use of the snooker hall  from a private members snooker club and ancillary offices (Use Class D2) to residential units (Use Class C3) at first and second floors. This would involve the demolition of existing first floor and second  and the construction of new full first and second floors to provide 9 residential units together with external alterations to the ground floor elevations. for further info and to comment online, go to Lambeth Council’s Planning site:
